Westwood studio · at the bottom of the hill from Bel Air
Nano brows, lip blush and corrective work by Alena Bodrova in a private one-client-at-a-time suite on Westwood Blvd — five to ten minutes from the Bel Air gates, and nobody in the room but the two of you.
1334 Westwood Blvd, Suite 11 · Mon–Fri 10am–7pm · Sat–Sun 11am–4pm · 714-440-7425
Down the hill and you are already here
Bel Air sits directly above Westwood. From the East Gate on Sunset, come down Hilgard or Westwood Blvd past UCLA; from the West Gate, Sunset to Veteran and south. Either way it is five to ten minutes, no freeway, no traffic to speak of outside of UCLA move-in week.
From Beverly Glen or Roscomare, Beverly Glen south to Wilshire and west to Westwood Blvd is the easiest route.
The studio is a single suite in a small building — not a storefront. Parking details are in your confirmation; if you would rather not drive, a car service from anywhere in Bel Air is well under fifteen minutes.
At a glance
Distance: about 2 miles from the Bel Air East Gate
Drive time: 5–10 min via Hilgard, Veteran or Beverly Glen
Format: private suite, one client at a time, one artist
Appointment length: consultation 30–45 min; procedure 2–3 hours
Quiet, unhurried and genuinely private
Clients from Bel Air usually want three things: a natural result, an artist who does this and only this, and privacy. The studio is built around all three — it is a single suite, Alena performs every procedure herself, and there is never another client in the space during your appointment.
A large share of this work is on mature skin and on correcting older permanent makeup: brows from years ago that have turned grey or blue, lips that were over-lined, eyeliner that migrated. We assess at the consultation and tell you plainly what can be corrected in one session and what needs lightening first.
Appointments can be scheduled as the first of the day, before other clients, and no photographs are taken or shared without your written permission.
Most requested from Bel Air
Service | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
Nano Eyebrows | $550 | Single-needle hair strokes with a soft, feathered finish. On mature skin we keep strokes fine and color muted so the result looks like your own brows at their best. |
Powder Brows | $440 | A soft airbrushed fill that heals evenly on thinner, mature skin and is the usual choice when correcting older, discolored brows. |
Lip Blushing | $440 | Restores color and a soft border where the natural line has faded. Corrects cool or uneven tone from previous lip tattooing. |
Shadow Eyeliner | $550 | A diffused line pressed into the lash base — lifts the eye without a hard wing. Suits hooded and mature eyes. |
Lash Enhancement | $380 | Pigment only between the lashes. The most conservative option for clients who want definition and nothing visible. |
Consultation | $100 · applied to your procedure | Assessment of your skin and any previous work, honest advice on correction, and a plan. Often booked first by clients who want to see the studio. |
Have older permanent makeup you are unhappy with?
Send a photo in daylight. We will tell you whether it can be worked over, needs lightening first, or is best left to fade — before you come in.
Questions from Bel Air clients
Is the appointment completely private?
Yes. One suite, one client, one artist. No front desk, no other clients in the space, no walk-ins. We can also schedule you as the first appointment of the day so the building is quiet.
Do you take photographs?
Only with your written permission, and only if you want them for your own reference. Nothing is posted or shared unless you specifically ask us to.
My brows were done years ago and have turned grey-blue. Can that be fixed?
In most cases, yes. Old pigment that has gone cool is corrected with a warm-toned powder technique worked over it. If the old shape is too wide or too high, we discuss lightening first. The consultation is where we look and give you a straight answer.
Does permanent makeup work on mature skin?
Very well, with the right technique. Thinner skin holds fine hair strokes less predictably, so we often use a softer powder finish or a combination, and keep color a little more muted. The result is subtle definition, not a drawn-on look.
Can I combine this with other treatments I am having?
Usually, with spacing. We ask for about two weeks between injectables and a brow or lip procedure, and four weeks after laser or peels in the treated area. Tell us what you have scheduled and we will fit the date around it.
Do you offer house calls in Bel Air?
No — every procedure is done in the studio, where lighting, hygiene and equipment are controlled. The drive is five to ten minutes, and a car service is welcome to wait.
How much downtime is there?
Brows: a slightly darker look for a week, no real downtime. Lips: mild swelling for one to two days. Eyeliner: some puffiness along the lash line for a day. Most clients go about their day; we suggest no dinners out on the day of a lip procedure.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for a weekday morning, a bit more for weekends. Consultations are easier to fit in — often within the same week.
